AS8/700 is specialized to draw Al-cladding-steel wire. It can draw ACS bimetal wire of different conductivities, between 14%～40%. The maximum inlet wire diameter is Φ9mm, and the minimum outlet wire diameter is Φ1.4mm. It can draw all series of ACS product wire. The running speed is 5～10m/s. It’s matched with big spool pay-off, Φ1400 or Φ1600. The pay-off traverses wires by step moving way. There is big spool take-up of Φ1250 and digital AC variable frequency PLC control system.

This equipment owns many patents of China. The technical level and performance synchronisms with the international level, and it is in the lead of some part. It has been exported to Italy, Spain, Turkey, Mexico, Russia, India, etc, approved by customers in China and abroad.
