Machinery and equipment
Working principle of the equipment：Integrated heating plate is adopted with overall heating, surface temperature uniformity of heating plate ≤±3 °C, battery heated in contact. Vacuum pump to provide a vacuum environment for cell, water in electrode rapid gasification and overflow under constant temperature and vacuum state , to achieve controlling cell water content.

The vacuum baking line is mainly used for removing water from the cells before electro.lyte filling. The temperature and vacuum are used to change the boiling point of thewater, evaporate the water, vacuum the water away, inject dry air/nitrogen, 3-4 or multiple cycles,and cool out of the furnace.
